The grandson of the Rev. Simon Franco, one of the Spanish Assemblies of God's first District Superintendent, Pastor Chuck has served the congregation of Fontana First Assembly of God since November 1992. Under his leadership the church has decided to make significant progress in the aesthetics of the church campus. He has served in the Assemblies of God for nearly 29 years in pastoral ministry. 

Pastor Chuck is married to Sheryl and has two married sons, Joshua and his wife Jenny and Matthew and his wife Lindsay.
